Andy Moore won the James Beard award for best Florida Chef 2024. Moore is a graduate of the Culanry Arts program at City College of San Francisco. He trained overseas with Executive Chef Franz Roland in Burgandy, France. Moore moved to Miami with his family and worked his way up to Executive Chef in 2022.

Mark Randall is a graduate of the Culanry Arts program in Boston. Trained overseas with Executive Chef Joshua Brailsford in London, England. Moved to Orlando as a Sous Chef and was hired as an Executive Chef 3 years later. Contributor to the local show "Spicy Vegan."

Jackie Taylor won the James Beard award for best New York Chef 2022 and 2023. A graduate of the Culinary Arts program at City College of San Francisco. Taylor was a Sous Chef in NYC with Executive Chef John Riley, a James Beard award winner himself in 2002, 2005 and 2006. Taylor was promoted to Executive Chef at the Midtown-West location in 2021. You might say that "cooking is in her DNA", her grandfather was a cook at the famed "Gingerbread House" in Oakland, CA. Taylor's father was a Sous Chef at Original Joe's in San Francisco, CA. Jackie was "intrigued by the science of cooking growing up" but, don't let her down play her artful side of cooking as Taylor's awards have demonstrated she is one of the most brilliant and innovative new chefs on the scene.

Jason Collins is a graduate of the Culinary Arts program in New York. Collins worked as a Sous Chef at the famous "Jacks" for several years. Collins train under French Chef Marc Sanz in Montreal, Quebec, Canada learning all he could from the master chef before returning to NY. Collins was promoted to Executive Chef at the NYC Midtown-East location in 2023.
